How to Add and Setup a Contact Form on Squarespace

Create a new section
Click “Add Block”
Select “Form” on the right side of the column

Click on the “Design” tab to change the design of the form
Click on “Storage” to change where the form submission notifications get sent to

To edit the options on the form:

Click on the form and click the pencil option to edit the form
Click “Edit Form Fields”
Then add or delete fields as needed

Click on the “Design” tab to change the design of the form

Click on “Storage” to change where the form submission notifications get sent to
