How to Set Up a Blog on Your Squarespace Website

Adding a blog to your Squarespace website is a simple task, to get started:
Find the left side of your page where you can find all the pages on your website, you will then click the plus icon to add a new page, when prompted to select an option, you will choose the “Blog” under the “Collections” section.
You will then get a popup with a variety of options for the layout of your blog. Choose the one that looks best to you.
You will then be prompted to name the page, you can name it whatever you would like.
Once you do those, you will go into the blog section and you will see three options
Pricing Plans (You can create pricing plans to have people pay to view your blog)
Blog Overview (Shows you what your blog page looks to viewers)
Blog Content (This is where you can edit, add, and remove blog pages)
To edit blog pages, go to “Blog Content”
To add a new blog page you will go to the top of the left hand side of the page where it shows a plus icon, click that and it will add a new blog page.
If you want to publish or remove blog posts, you will click on the 3 dots when you hover over a blog page in the “Blog Content” view
You will then go to “Options” and there the first option you will see an option called “Status”. Click on that and you can change the status of that blog post. You have the options to:
Draft
Review
Publish
Schedule
Choose whichever is best for the status of your blog post and make sure to save it before you exit the page.
