How site management works
Onboarding
We review your site, note what is fragile, and set up monitoring for uptime, forms, and integrations.
Send requests
Email content changes, new pages, or fixes whenever you need them. No tickets and no hourly quotes.
Changes shipped
Requests are handled in order, usually within a couple of business days, and checked on mobile before they go live.
Ongoing improvements
Beyond requests, the site gets steady design, speed, and conversion improvements so it keeps getting better.
Who site management is for
Management plans are for owners who would rather not open the Squarespace editor at all. If you are updating the site yourself every few months and it works, you probably do not need this. If changes pile up, forms break without anyone noticing, or the site has not changed since launch, you do.

Custom code for Squarespace
Squarespace handles most of what a business site needs out of the box. Custom code covers the gap: scroll and hover animations, layouts Fluid Engine cannot build, product page features, calculators, custom forms, and booking tools, CRMs or maps embedded and styled to look native instead of bolted on.
It is also the fix for code a previous developer left behind. Plugin conflicts, broken layouts after a platform update, and scripts slowing the site down get diagnosed and cleaned up so the site is stable again. Single features and fixes are quoted at a fixed price, management clients get them as part of the plan, and bigger bodies of custom work are covered by the Advanced build package.

Yes. Hosting, SSL, and platform updates come with your Squarespace subscription. Site management covers everything around it: the changes, upkeep, and improvements.
Most requests are completed within a couple of business days. Urgent issues like a broken form or checkout get handled first.
Yes. We start with a review of the existing site, fix anything fragile, and take it from there.
Code is written against stable selectors and tested across templates, which keeps breakage rare. If a platform update does affect something we built, fixing it is part of the support.
Yes. Rescues are common: we audit what is installed, remove what is unused or broken, and rewrite anything that is causing problems.
Not when it is written well. Everything is kept lightweight, loaded only where it is needed, and checked against page speed before it ships.
