How To Add a Lightbox on a Squarespace Website

Wanting to add a lightbox to the image or video you have? Here’s how you can do that on an image:

• Click the “Edit” button on the image

• Go to the “Design” tab next

• Click on the “Lightbox” option at the bottom of the section

Here’s how you can do it for a video:

• Add a gallery block

• Click on the “Edit” button to edit the gallery block

• You will then have to click the “+” icon at the bottom right corner

• You will then click on the “Add Video” option

• It will then prompt you to add a embeddable link. Once you add that link, wait for a minute until it has loaded all the information from the video.

• Click “Save” once it has loaded

• Then navigate to the “Design” tab next to “Content”

• At the bottom of the section you will see the “Lightbox” option. Once you have clicked that, the lightbox should appear on the video

• Don’t forget to save the page and have it reload
